Name make first sense, when hear/see your name, people will think what you looks like. At least a name will decide your sex, woman or man.

My Name is Manda, in Indonesians habbit, usually that name use for girl. It very rare manda named to a boy,except me. So when people hear my name, without seing my face they will think im a cute pretty women. Yeah im cute, good looking..:D, but im still a man :).

Once time, my friend’s girlfriend feel jealous, when she saw my name on his phonebook. She thought he cheat with me. When in internet also, people will get very excited when they read my name, hopefully im a girl. When i join some mailing list community also (linux and blogger community), the members also expected im as a girl.

They become very excited when we want meet each other, gathering in some place (kopdar), hoping the band will be more colorfull with girl present there. BUt i think i already disappointed them..again. Yeah im still a man indeed. Sorry to let your hope gone guys >:)

Acctually, my name comes from word ‘Mandah’. In my place (Riau), when people go work so far until cant go home for a days, they will said going to Mandah (kind of slang language). When i was born, my Dad, also gone for Mandah so he cant attend my birth. Because of that he give that name to me.

It just coincidence to named me look like as a girl name. No any intention to make that way. Besides im very proud of my name, its unique and create a special moment at first glance. Then people will easy to memorize it..i hope

On May 15-16 2007 i was join seminar and workshop in Hotel Shantika from government. I got an invitation from the community. The participant comes from any organization and institution in Yogyakarta, all participant come for free (no charge needed). at least about160 person include committe from government.

Just consider this rate is about normal(i know it because im an organizer also :))
Let me calculate the budget they already spend for this occassion;

1. Average rate in Hotel for one person is IDR 150.000 include once lunch and twice Coffee break, delicious indeed. In this case means 150.000 x 160 person x 2 days = 48.000.000 IDR
2. 20 Computer for the workshop (include network). 250.000 x 20 unit computers = 5.000.000 IDR
3. t-shirt and cap for committe and participant 50.000 x 160 person = 8.000.000 IDR
4. Shirt for committe. 50.000 x 10 person = 500.000 IDR
5. Seminar kit (include simple bag, copy material, 2 cds, 1 DVD, pen, note book, 3 guide books, 1 book System information tutorial, and sertificate). 150.000 x 150 person = 22.500.000 IDR

Rough total for this 2 days seminar and workshop is = (48.000.000 + 5.000.000 + 8.000.000 + 500.000 + 22.500.000) = 74.000.000 IDR + 10% for unexpected cost.

So at least government at least should spend about 80.000.000 - 100.000.000 IDR for doing seminar and workshop. This money comes from our tax.Thats pretty much for me.

Of course this value is nothing compare than the value of corruptor in our country (yeah..Indonesia). Also this occasions bring more good, which is to socialize the goverment programme and educate the society. Of course this is very positive activity.

Well if you get invited again for government occasions, for free of course, dont forget to joined me in ..loh.. :-\, i mean try to get advantages from the there..because that budget comes from our money also (duit rakyat dab!)

This is a good movie, to open your eyes about what happen if greedy authorize humans. Never say enough to money. No matter how much we gain it, always want more until dare to sacrifice lifes. This is what already happen in Africe until 2003, before diamond black market get banned there.

A story behind the luxurious of diamond, it’s about conspiracy of big company that sacrifice million innocent life to gain cheap diamond. This movie will show us how nature resources (diamond) wont bring to prosperity, except only bring war, death and miserable.

In Africa, civil war happen, because several people very greedy to have all diamond. Thousand of innocent people become a victim. Also kids became soldier after they get abducted and brain washed the kids become very cruel soldier. Kill who ever they want to, never think twice anymore.

Yeah, Africa produce 15% world diamond. But diamond from Africa also called blood diamond, because they really get the diamond by people blood.

This movie about white-african ex-soldier, who became illegal diamond-weapon dealer. Supply both rebel and government by illegal weapon and gain advantages from their diamond. However a movie need hero. And in plot event, the white-african want became a good person. By helping one african family and tell to the women-journalist about the illegal diamond trade in Africa.

Then, the rambo style begin..although not very Rambo indeed. Because the hero get killed in the end, but at least he die after the mission accomplished :)..Okay, enough Rambo talk, this just ruin the movie.

I’m very intrested with the kids soldier, how the kids rights taken and get brainwashed. They thaught how to became a zombie soldier..just kill and kill. Put the kids fate in the AK and they proud of it. And just because of diamond, both rebel soldier and government just simply end people lives. They play God, by reason they dont have any option. Kill or get killed.

The last, you can conclude that money without love is nothing.

Recently, home school become a popular option for the parent to educate their children. Especially in big city home school concept become very reasonable. Although home school need private teacher it means possibly make the cost more expensive but the parents can always accompany their children through learning process.

Usually home schooling for elementary and junior high school. after that the children can enter senior high school through several process, or if the child still love home school they can continued it until senior high school level (i dont know the details :)).

Considering the safety for the children, recently there are so many criminal that abducted the children, healthy and environment also can controlled by the parents if the children still near the house.

It looks home school is very reasonable option to maintain childrens and keep them safe from his rotten world :(. But if you see much deeper, there are stil lacknes in its system. Especially about soft skill development (interaction, social, and leadership ability). We also should consider, education not always about lesson or make our children smart in special things, because we dont want to create a robot here.

Yeah, im a person who disagree with home school system, not because the kids get special way of education, but because the child just get lesson there, they wont have ability howto interact with the other kids and other people. Even the parents still have reason that their kids can play with mom and others kids around neighbourhood. But still they are very different, between friends in school and friends form neighbourhood.

With friends in school kids can play with learn, such as make a study group. With friends in school kids can learn about teamwork, learn howto share, and help the others. But with friends in neighbourhood their just playing around, yeah its fun indeed, but just play, nothing else. Simple question is, are home school can provide such education, education is just not about howto solve mathematic or memorize biology, its more than that. The point of education is how to make a better generation that care with environment and other people around them. How they can be useful and create a better situation (yeah..very clise, but thats the point)

Im afraid it seems home school just want to create egosentric person, the important is themself without consider about people around them. The kids get private teacher, get more attention from the parents, and in safe zone..But with this condition kids dont learn anything outside the safe zone, they will say ‘this my zone, im comfort with this situation..you cant distrub me, go away!’

So parents, home school just useful if there arent a good option, like when parent have a job a forest scientist, and should all family lives in middle of jungle and there are no school around there :). But in normal condition, especially in this country, there are still many option better than home school, such as boarding school. (well i want talk about it in next writing).

Kids have rights to get appropriate education.Safe the children from education abusement!

Well this kind of J-Dorama love story. It’s less to say romantic film indeed, because what u will see is kind of nerd person that usually called an Otaku in japan (Yamada Tsuyoshi) try to approach to the very pretty women (They called her Hermes-san). And yes he made it (kind of make u jealous huh..)

This film based on true story, that will make you believe that love is not all about physically. But more than that, its about care, honest, and forgiveness.

When i watch this film at first moment i think this is a very silly film. How come a very nerd otaku guys can make a date with pretty rich women. It’s very imposible, i though that very silly to watch film like this.

after wacthed two episodes, i think i was wrong indeed. This film is great, very intresting. That will show us very gentleman even he always tremble and ackward when talk in front of women. Even he always cry when doing something wrong to that women.

The most intrested part is, this otaku guy always given a faith by his chat friends, even they dont know the real name each other. But it seems this kind of group doesnt want meet each other in real life, thier just stuck in fornt of their computer..and make themself private.

I guarantee you to watch this film include Densha Otoko the movie too. i think this is the great film after ‘My Sassy Girl’ movie.

Since i writing my final thesis-S1, laziness came to me from all over place. thats sucks indeed.

Usually i do sport 3-5 times a week. even just a small sport, like push-up, sit-up, and jump rope, at least that can make me sweat enough. But now, more than 2 month i never do sport at all.

Actually sport is good enough to relaxing your body, release your soul from stress. It’s even more interesting when doing sport with bunch of group, like our friends maybe.

Second thing is i feel very lazy to study again. always get confused what i should learn. I think this is because my final chapter of my study, why i should learn for, as long as that not for gain money. >:)

May be thats bad paradigm, but its spread like a virus to all over my head, and its still keep whinning in my head. When i get confused to think about that, simply i just take a nap, its become more feasible to me..

last thing that i feel lazy in, is feel lazy to write, to do blog..meanwhile the ideas still keep pop up through my head..i very eager to write it down, but i cant pass the very lazy wall :((

Huff thats, all..i hope after this post i will try to active write again, coz i thing writing is part of my life. i cant let it just go away.
